Tomatoes and Bacon
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 oz bacon cut into squares
1 10 oz can plum tomatoes drained and chopped
2 pinches cayenne pepper
Salt
Directions
In frying pan over medium heat,warm the oil. Add bacon and fry until crisp about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, cayenne pepper and salt to taste. Raise the heat to high and saute stirring occasionallyuntil sauce thickens about 10 minutes. Meanwhile cook your pasta until al dente. Drain and transfer to a warmed serving dish immediately pour sauce over pasta toss well and serve at once.
