Beef and Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
1 large 12 oz package shredded Cheddar cheese
4 cups (16 oz) bag frozen tater tots
One 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup of milk
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 small onion chopped
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 lb lean ground beef
Directions
Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of an 8x12 inch baking casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 400F for 20 minutes. Brown beef and onion oven medium heat, add garlic, salt and pepper. Place beef and broccoli on cooked potatoes. In microwave safe bowl combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup of cheese heat in microwave on high for 1 minute. Pour soup mixture over beef. Top with cheese and bake uncovered at 350F for 30 minutes or before adding cheese to top of meat-soup mixture top with more tater tots, add cheese bake at 400 for 30 minutes
