Bacon and Egg Muffins
Ingredients
2 wholemeal muffins
2 free range eggs
4 slices of bacon
butter
Directions:
Grill the bacon both sides under the grill until crisp or however you like. Melt some butter in a small frying pan and fry the eggs. Toast the muffins in a toaster and lightly butter each side, place 2 slices of bacon and one fried egg on each muffin.
Serves 2.
