Tortellini Pasta
Ingredients
450g fresh tortellini
75g full fat soft cheese
50g grated parmesan cheese
200ml single cream
1 tsp grated nutmeg
salt and pepper
Directions:
In a pan of boiling, slightly salted water, cook tortellini for approx 10-12 minutes or until just tender then drain. In a separate pan add the cream, soft cheese together over a medium heat, stirring well. Once cream and cheese have heated add the pasta, nutmeg and parmesan and season to taste. Stir ingredients until well mixed and blended. Enjoy. Serves 4.
