Helpful Tips:
When frying, turn a metal colander upside down over the skillet. This allows
steam to escape, but keeps the fat from spattering.

1 ounce cream
1 ounce crème de cacao (white)
Shake well with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
