Macaroni Salad
Ingrediants:
4 cups cooked macaroni
1 cup cubed (small) cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped green onions
1 ½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup sliced radishes
2 TBS snipped parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
2 TBS cider vinegar
2 TBS prepared mustard
½ tsp celery seed
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Mix the dressing, mayonnaise-vinegar-mustard-celery-seed-salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients, in a large bowl, and refrigerate. Garnish with sliced and quartered tomatoes and sliced hard boiled eggs. Shake paprika on top for color. Serve family style with a BIG SPOON. Everybody is gonna go nuts over it.
