Harvard Beets

Ingrediants:

12 small beets
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp corn starch
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water

Directions:

Mix all but the beets, for 5 minutes. Boil for 5 minutes. Slice or cube beets. Add to mixture Bring back to a boil. Turn of the heat and let stand for for 30 minutes or more.
