Spagetti

Ingrediants:

1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons salad oil

1 20 oz can tomatoes, cut up
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 3oz can mushrooms, unstrained
1 bay leaf
2 cups diced meat of your choice
1/4 cup sliced pimiento stuffed olives
12oz spaghetti
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

In medium saucepan, cook onion and garlic in hot oil until tender but not brown. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms whith liquid, and a bay leaf. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour; uncover and simmer 30 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Stir in meat and olives; simmer 10 minutes more. Remove bay leaf. Cook spaghetti according to directions on package and drain. Pour sauce over spaghetti; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4
